  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including a Return Authorization Number and the address for returning your item(s). All returns require a return authorization.

  3. Pack the Item: After receiving your return authorization, carefully package your item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is returned safely.

  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). We suggest using a reputable shipping service with tracking to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
